Client: Gabriella Falcon, Landscape Designer

Problem: Create a full identity for a newly-established landscape designer recently relocated to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Solution: By talking with the client, it quickly became clear that landscape designers and architects are very different, the former possessing an extensive knowledge of horticulture. Highlighting this unique difference, and honoring the client's request for an art-deco theme, I produced a geometric icon that references a garden bed and also alludes to a cactus - a nod to the client's particularly extensive knowledge of succulents. We also developed a desert-like color palette inspired by their native habitat.
